News Flash

AFGROW Update

A new AFGROW release is pending. At this time, we can not estimate the release date. The new version will include:

  • New tabular K-solutions for two, unequal corner cracks at a straight shank hole under Tension, Bending, and Bearing load conditions.
  • Advanced multiple point option (along the crack fronts) for the above noted tabular K-solutions.
  • Ability to change parameters "on the fly" using the COM interface (Note, this does not include geometric parameters)
  • Minor Bug fixes and additions/corrections for the FASTRAN retardation model.

Damage Tolerance Design Handbook

The Damage Tolerance Design Handbook is available online. The Handbook provides specific background data and state-of-the-art analysis methods to assist contractor and USAF personnel in complying with the JSSG-2006 intricacies.

Current AFGOW Release
